Your journey starts with selecting your preferred design package and making a 50% initial deposit to access our exclusive client portal. Envision your dream garden by taking our design quiz, and sharing your unique inputs, and inspirations. Our expert team then crafts a bespoke landscape design tailored to your vision and lifestyle. Collaborate with us during the first draft preview to refine the design until it’s perfect. Once you lock your design, we finalise it, ensuring every detail is perfected before you are given the final handover of all the downloadable resources to transform your dream outdoor space into a reality.

If you are not entirely happy with the initial design, we offer one free round of revisions. During the first draft preview, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with our expert team and provide feedback. We’ll carefully listen to your preferences and work closely with you to refine the design to ensure it perfectly aligns with your vision and aspirations.
The packages may include a variation of the following depending on the one you choose: 2D colour design, 3D images, a plant catalogue, a materials pallet, and a designer brief. These resources provide a comprehensive and detailed plan for turning your dream garden into reality, making it easy to work with local landscapers or undertake the project yourself. Street Appeal Package does not include 2D design.
The payment terms for Virtual Landscape Design Australia are as follows:
  • 50% initial deposit required at the time of sign-up.
  • 50% payment prior to issuance of the first draft.

Our design services do not include physical construction or installation services. Additionally, any additional revisions beyond the one free round may incur extra charges. Landscaping materials and plants are not provided as part of the design packages; however, we do offer expert plant suggestions and material lists for easy sourcing. Does not include QA and other statutory requirements.
