Landscape Design Process
Package Selection
Choose the package that fits your scope, budget, and desired level of detail—consider property size, complexity, and expected revision rounds (e.g., Standard vs Premium).
Questionnaire
Create your portal account from the welcome email, then complete the questionnaire and upload site information (surveys, inspiration, specific preferences) to brief the designer clearly.
Design Creation
After your inputs are submitted, the designer starts the initial landscape design, reviewing site characteristics, style, and functions to maximise your outdoor space.
Feedback & Revision
You’ll get the first draft via the portal; review layout, planting, and hardscape. Submit clear feedback and book a Zoom call to discuss updates before changes are implemented.
Implementation
Following the call, the designer applies the agreed changes—layout, plants, hardscape—and uploads the updated design for your review (typical turnaround ~10 days).
Final Design Handover
Receive the final design and documentation needed for build—incorporating all agreed revisions (e.g., planting plans, construction details, material specs).
